  HORRIBLE experience!!! I have been here before with my son and it had been quick and pleasant, most recent visit was complete opposite. I was there to have my son who was ill with a fever and other symptoms seen and we waited for over 20 minutes to be checked in, and had gone back to a room shortly after. After we had gone back to room we waited and waited and waited for a doctor to come in. My son fell asleep on the table waiting as I poked my head out to see what was happening or to ask how much longer. I understand that this is an urgent care facility and it can not be guaranteed to be in an out. We waited for over an hour and a half to be seen, while other patients who had come back after us had been seen and left. This particular doctor I heard and saw scrolling on her phone and then had a rather long personal phone call and then chatted some more with other staff members. When she finally showed up to see my son she never apologized for the wait and examined him in less then 5 min. So our almost 2 hour visit was over after she quickly examined him and gave us antibiotics. WORST experience ever.. will not be back again!!!
