- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible service. I provided a sample to get tested on my first visit. Received a call from the office saying I needed to return and provide another sample so they can send it to the lab for testing. A few weeks later I get a bill from the lab with the tests that I wanted performed. A day or two later I get another bill from the lab with tests I did not order nor want performed. I talk to the Dr's office and they want me to call my insurance company as if they did something wrong. I can only assume this issue was because the doctor's office sent two samples into the lab for testing because they don't know what they are doing.
