- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was in the ER on November 7, 2017. I didn't feel comfortable with a doctor, so I requested to see another doctor. I had a bad experience with this doctor at another hospital. She got mad and discharged me without any care and her is name Dr. Stephanie Horst. She sat behind the desk for 4 hours. Please note that all the another doctor's and nurses I ever came across in the past was very helpful and nice. But this doctor was the worst.November 22, 2017by Shirell1984
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Experience so far at the POGS OBGYN has been positive, until I started receiving my billing. Be prepared to be on hold for a long time with billing questions. The billing team is not able to answer questions about what the payment clerks did or didn't do correctly, and where the billing clerks aren't able to answer questions about billing because there is a billing team. Then once they realize they made a mistake, you will wait a while longer for them to fix it - I made them fix it, they wanted me to sit around my phone all day and wait for them to call me back. Their billing team is unorganized, their billing statements are confusing and their billing team can't answer questions.
